I bring a data-driven, detail-oriented approach to every transaction. My clients appreciate my honest communication, tenacity, and commitment to making informed, confident decisions.\n\nWith a background in real estate marketing, broker price opinions, and as an executive officer for a REALTOR® association, I have experience that gives me a unique edge in understanding contracts, compliance, and the local market.\n\nI’ve been licensed since 2003 and have held real estate licenses in three different states, giving me a broad perspective on markets and client needs. I also hold the SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist) and SFR® (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) designations, which reflect my commitment to advanced training and serving both traditional and complex transactions with confidence.\n\nOutside of real estate, I enjoy fishing, kayaking, and giving back through the GFWC and Friends of the Leesburg Library. \n\nWhether you’re just starting to explore your options or ready to move forward, I’m here to support your real estate goals with professionalism and care." --- [Skip to content](https://www.wendymontroy.com/blog/author/wendy-montroy-realtor-srs-sfr#main-content) ![Worth Clark Realty Logo](https://www.wendymontroy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/WCR%20Stacked%20Black.png?width=3936&height=2039&name=WCR%20Stacked%20Black.png)Homepage - [Home](https://www.wendymontroy.com) [Email Me](mailto:floridawendymontroy@gmail.com) - [Home](https://www.wendymontroy.com) [Email Me](mailto:floridawendymontroy@gmail.com) # Wendy Montroy's Real Estate Blog – The Villages & Surrounding Areas Welcome to my blog — your local guide to real estate, market trends, and community living in The Villages, Florida, and nearby areas including Lady Lake, Fruitland Park, Leesburg, Wildwood, and Oxford.
